The Republic of Frost is one of the neighbor countries of the Royal Empire and its arch enemy. The war occurred between this two nations to begin with, but the Empire was the one that greatly suffered because of it. The so-named "Thin Ice Treaty" silenced the war but continuous espionage continues between the Republic and the Empire.
